Coaching Days, Times, and Groups
- Coaching is Bi-weekly and there are typically 2 calls per month. Invites are sent out for coaching every 6 months in December (January through June of the next year) and in June (July through December calls).
- Most coaching times have 3- 4 attendees with similar goals and objectives grouped into a one-hour session
- Coaching is reserved for Tuesdays and Thursdays
Homework
1st call of the month. The following homework is always due the 1st coaching of the month:
- Two prior week’s greatness trackers (sometimes there are 3 depending on how coaching is scheduled, sometimes there is a 2-week break)
- keep in mind you always want to see a full week’s worth of information. In this case, if Mike were coaching the week of 12/2/19 he would want to see GT’s from the weeks of 11/18 and 11/25. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znO4J7KHzV4
- Prior month’s COMPLETED lead tracker with analytics
- Current month’s lead tracker
- Updated Accounts pyramid
- Any new homework that is assigned
- this will usually be highlighted as new homework so you can see what is outside of the normal assignments.

2nd call of the month – The following homework is always due the 2nd coaching of the month:
- Two prior week’s greatness trackers
- keep in mind you always want to see a full week’s worth of information. In this case, if Mike were coaching the week of 12/16/19, he would want to see GT’s from 12/2 and 12/9.
- Updated current month’s lead tracker
- Prior month’s P&L
- Personal budget for the current month
- Any new homework that is assigned
- Two prior week’s greatness trackers
