How to Submit a Loan to Processing

Complete the necessary file information on the Processing for Order Out page to give set up and/or processing the details needed to work the loan.

Forms tab > Submission Screen to Processing

Fill in File Information to be Completed – Loan Officer section using the dropdown options available. A date/time stamp along with the name of person who completed it will populate.

If the answer is Yes as indicated below, the additional questions shown will be added to be answered.

Fill in Appraisal -Title -PMI -HOI -HOA -PUD Info – Loan Officer section with any contact Information that will be helpful to set up and/or processing.

Fill in Additional Information section using drop down options available. Add notes to the processor that are not mentioned in above sections completed.

 

Completing The Qualification Milestone in Encompass

Log Tab > Processing Set Up expect > Pre-Processor is assigned to Alexys Creighton by clicking on the magnifying glass

Click on First Name to sort in ascending or descending order, find Alexys Creighton and click OK. Repeat for assigning your loan processor to the file.

Log Tab > Qualification > Check the finished box > Save the loan

REMINDER
• The qualification milestone should be finished once disclosures are sent out to the customer
• Don’t forget to send an email to the customer and realtors introducing the processor.

***Recoupment on a refinance should be <= 36 months

Texas Loans

  • Forms tab > State-Specific Disclosure Information > Texas Mortgage Banker Disclosure > Select Disclosure Delivered method and populate Date Delivery Initiated
  • No cash-out refinance – State-Specific Disclosure Information > Title Information > Select Continuous Purchase Money Loan OR Texas 50(a)(4)
