Flood Certs are ordered via an interface in Mortgage Machine. Login credentials are NOT needed to pull a Flood Cert in Mortgage Machine. CoreLogic is our Flood Cert Vendor.
How to Complete a Flood Cert Request
1 Open an active loan in Mortgage Machine (cannot pull a flood cert on a lead)
2. Purple Tool Bar > Interfaces Menu > Flood Certs
3. Choose Order Type Life-of-Loan Flood Determination
4. Click Submit
5. In most cases, the Flood Cert will be returned instantly
6. The PDF Copy of the Flood Cert will automatically export into x-docs
7. The results will also populate on the Flood Cert page
