1. Identify yourself

2. Announce "This is Your Weekly Update" (Shows we follow through on our promise to commuicate)

3. Let them know the loan is on track for XX closing date - if there is a risk to close on time this should be VERY CLEAR

4. Address any outstanding needs with specific due date

5. Ask : "Anything extra that I can do for you?"

6. Ask : "On a scale of 1-10 are we meetin your expectations? What can we do to improve?"

7. Ask: "Since our last update, have you run into anyone looking to buy, sell, or refinance?"

8. Ask: "Are yo usure there is nothing extra that I can do for you?"

9. "Thank you for you time and remember that we will update you again next week - same day!"
