To find both Underwriting and Closing turn times, you’ll navigate to the Home page of mortgage machine.
The Home page will automatically populate Turn Times on the botto set of file tabs.
The first set of closing turn times is for all Retail branches. The corporate closing manager updates these turn times every morning. You can find both turn times for CD and Purchase Docs.
Purchase files will always take priority over refinance files.
If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will find turn times for other branches of Mid America Mortgage. You always want to be looking at the RETAIL turn times to set your expectations.
